WHY thiS? WHY us?

We wanted to meet up with makers, milk farmers, and dairy researchers. We’re interested in learning with and from one another. We wanted to talk about and taste cheese together.

In March we gathered in Putney, Vermont, for exactly this. You can check out the speakers & sessions here, and some fine images of people gathered here.

We’re looking forward to gathering again with the makers, milk farmers, and researchers ready talk and taste raw milk cheese with us on January 31, 2026.
